Troubleshooting
App creation fails or gives errors
- Make sure you have admin access to your Shopify store.
- Verify that custom app development is enabled in your Shopify settings.
- Try using a different browser if the page doesn’t load correctly.
Sync is not completing
- Double-check that the Client ID and Client Secret were copied correctly.
- Verify the redirect URL matches exactly (no extra spaces).
- Make sure the app is installed (not just created).
- Try clicking “Sync” again in LinkBoss.
Products or blog posts missing from sync
- Check that your products and posts are published (drafts don’t sync).
- Verify the scopes you added include read access to products and articles.
- Run a fresh sync to pull in any recent content.
